A Safe, Fair Way to Work Together
Instead of charging the full R250 000 we charge our private clients for consulting services, I came up with a more creative and most affordable way for you to get the full benefit of this program without investing much out of your pocket.
Investment to participate in this program is broken into two parts:
Regarding the 50k investment for mentorship, we will pay for you to be in the program, and you can pay us back later once you have closed some deals with our help. In other words, we will cover up to 94% of your mentorship fee, and then only when you start closing deals can you pay it back.
The only thing that comes out of your pocket for this entire program is the other 6% (R3 000) commitment deposit. Otherwise, the rest of our fees don't come out of your pocket; they come out of the deals themselves. So, this program basically pays for itself.
I repeat: The only financial commitment that will ever come out of your own pocket for this program is R3 000, which is the commitment deposit you pay now as you sign up for the program. I hope that is clear!
In other words, we carry all the risk so you don't have to.
Here is the TLDR version.
We work with our clients through a Mentorship + Partnership Model
Mentorship (R50 000) - We cover 94% of your mentorship (R47 000).
You cover just R3 000 to show you’re committed.
When we start closing deals, you simply pay us back - even at R1 000 a month.
We take the risk. You take the opportunity.
Partnership (share split) - We work together as partners for 12 months:
You keep 85% of every deal. We keep 15%.
After 12 months, every deal you close is yours - 100%.
Investment to participate in this program is broken into two parts:
- A reduced fee that we charge for a full year of mentorship (R50 000)
- Share split: We share a percentage of every deal you close through our help (15%-85% split). You keep 85%, and we only get 15% of each deal. This share split is limited to 12 months. After that, you keep 100% of every deal you close for the rest of your life.
Regarding the 50k investment for mentorship, we will pay for you to be in the program, and you can pay us back later once you have closed some deals with our help. In other words, we will cover up to 94% of your mentorship fee, and then only when you start closing deals can you pay it back.
