What if you could give just a little bit of equity of your business, not a salary for cash, but for some quality skills that will develop your business? What if you can exchange equity for expertise? It might not be an employee, but it might be an expert, you know, it might be an expert who's crucial to the success of your business, maybe he can consult with you for two years, for 1%, or even 2% of your business, you know, what I mean, you don't have to pay this guy, anything, but you can have access to him. And, you know, he's gonna be your, your... whatever he's gonna consult in, in whatever key expertise that you really, really, really need.
